All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center, where we also maintain an immense inventory of raw and graded trading cards and sports card.

Shipping typically takes 2–4 weeks from withdrawal, and we’re continuously optimizing our logistics to deliver faster and more efficiently.

Each order is handled with industry-leading care — every card is sleeved and packed securely in a bubble mailer. With hundreds of thousands of cards shipped to collectors worldwide, ensuring safe and timely delivery remains our top priority.

General Questions

  • You can trade existing cards in your inventory for anything listed in the marketplace! Typical processing times for marketplace transactions is between 3-10 business days!

Shipping Questions

  • Shipping and delivery of cards takes about 2-4 weeks from withdrawal, and we’re constantly working to improve ship times and processes. Orders with high demand items can take up to 5 weeks to ship. All cards come double sleeved, in a top loader, inside a bubble mailer.
